We do not want any surprises for our clients and work hard to accomplish this.”  According to Pat and Gene, there is not better time to purchase a home in their area.  “The interest rates are unbelievable and the cash investment is so low that we hope all of the first time homebuyers take advantage of all the opportunities that are offered.”

As natives of the Midwest, Pat and Gene Zellmer love the friendly atmosphere and all the wonderful people.  “Our family loves all the out sports available, such as hunting, fishing, camping, and boating. We have an abundance of parks available. We have the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra and other local and regional arts organizations like the Dakota Academy of Performing Arts and the Sioux Falls Concerts Association.
